I am an Executive Global Business and Leadership Coach with the passion to guide Leaders to ascend to a senior position – from Manager level to CEOs – around the globe.
My coaching practice is anchored in my vast experience as a global senior executive with a diverse and rich international career. I partner with Leaders in their quest for excellence by helping them become the best version of themselves to succeed in the business world.
As global vice-president of Fortune 500 companies, coaching, guiding, advising, and mentoring were always my high priority.
I was the global vice-president of marketing for the production business of Xerox Corporation. During a nine-year journey in Asia, as a member of the senior leadership team of Fuji Xerox (Fuji Film), I led the large strategic digital transformations, integrated fourteen countries and twelve languages, while leading other divisions. I am the original founder of the Xerox 1:1 lab that has gained worldwide recognition and won numerous innovation awards.
Being the first woman to be promoted to the Senior Leadership Team of Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific, made me proud to brake the glass ceiling in a Japanese-led organization.
